基于光纤陀螺的捷联惯导系统的测试设计

摘    要:我国煤矿井下瓦斯治理钻孔工程量巨大,目前主要采用人工丈量的方法测量标定开孔方位与角度参数,稳钻时间长、效率低、精度差。针对这一问题,提出基于光纤陀螺的捷联惯导系统开孔参数新方法,该系统采用陀螺与加速度计的捷联惯导系统对钻孔的方位角、倾角进行测量,可以显著提高钻孔方位与角度参数的标定效率与精度,降低管理成本。

Abstract:In China,drilling engineering is a huge project in coal mines.Currently parameters of borehole opening position and azimuth angle as a main method measured and demarcated artificially,which results in long drill stabilizing time,low efficiency and poor accuracy.In order to solve this problem,a new method of borehole opening parameters determination by SINS based on FOG was proposed.The system uses inertial navigation system with gyro and accelerometer to measure borehole opening azimuth angle and inclination,which significantly improves efficiency and accuracy of borehole opening position and angle parameters calibration,and reduces administration costs.
