| 摘 要： | 科学衡量城乡结合部民间仓储对社会经济的影响,客观评价民间仓储行为对保障物流业的可持续发展具有重要现实意义。本文探讨了我国城乡结合部民间仓储形成机理,分析了民间仓储外部性的内涵与特征,进而详细分析民间仓储过程中各作业环节所产生的外部成本,结合农村双向道路交通流的元胞自动机模型给出相应的量化方法,最后通过算例对民间仓储外部性的量化方法进行了分析计算,说明了合理评价和规范民间仓储活动的必要性。

| Abstract: | It is of important practical significance to scientifically measure the impact on society and economy of private storage in urban-rural and objectively evaluate its effect of improving sustainable development of logistics industry.This paper explores the formation mechanism of China’s private storage in urban-rural fringe,and analyzes its content and features of externality,and the resulting external costs during various operations.Then the appropriate quantitative methods are proposed based on cellular automaton traffic flow model with two-way road in rural.Finally analysis of a numerical example illustrates the necessity of reasonable assessment and regulation of private storage. |
