摘    要:在APIOBPCS(Automatic Pipeline,Inventory and Order Based Production Control System)订货系统基础上,建立具有非线性约束再制造过程的闭环供应链系统,根据对再制造信息不同程度的掌握将系统分为类、类、类三种类型,信息透明度依次增强。应用控制论和系统仿真方法,在输入需求信息分别是阶跃信号和随机信号的情况下研究再制造提前期、回收比例和最大回收能力的变化对系统动态行为的影响;并对具有不同信息透明度的闭环供应链模型的动态行为进行对比分析。研究结果表明,三类系统的动态行为在非线性条件和线性条件下有显著的区别,非线性约束导致系统产生更大的波动和更高的牛鞭效应值。而且系统的动态性能并不一定随着信息透明度的增强而增强,信息透明度最强的类系统并不严格优于其他两类系统。在不同的参数取值下,三类系统各有优劣。

Abstract:Based on the Automatic Pipeline,Inventory and Order Based production Control System(APIOBPCS),a remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system with nonlinear constraints was established.According to the different degree of remanufacturing information transparency,the system is classified into three types:Systems I,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and information transparency in turn increases.The dynamic behaviors of the three nonlinear systems to customer demand in form of step input and random input are analyzed by control theory and simulation,as the manufacturing lead time,recovery rate and the maximum recovery capability change.And the dynamic behaviors of the three kinds of systems with different information transparency are compared.Our analysis indicates that dynamic behaviors of the three kinds of supply chains in nonlinear conditions and linear conditions have significant difference,nonlinear constraints lead to more fluctuations and higher bullwhip effect.Dynamic performance of the systems is not necessarily enhanced with the increase of the information transparency.Ⅲ system with the most information transparency was not strictly superior to the other twos.Each system can be the best one under different parameter selection.
