双嘧达莫治疗上呼吸道感染126例疗效观察

上呼吸道感染是最为常见的病毒感染性疾病。研究表明双嘧达莫对多种ＲＮＡ病毒及某些ＤＮＡ病毒的增殖有明显抑制作用。本文报道了应用双达莫治疗上呼吸道感染１２６例，并与甲烯土霉素加病毒灵治疗上呼吸道感染作对照。结果，双嘧达莫治疗组在退热、减轻症状、缩短病程等方面明显优于甲烯土霉素加病毒灵对照组。说明双嘧达莫治疗上呼吸道感染具有疗效好、毒副作用小、经济实用，值得进一步推广。

Observation Upon Cure Effection of Dipyridamol on Inflection of Upper Respiratory Track of 126 Cases

Infection of upper respiratory track is a common disease affected by virus.A study indicates that dipyridamol has noticeable control over the growth of various RNAviruses and some DNA ones.The results of 126 cases treated with dipyridamol,when a contrast was made with another group treated with methacyclini hydrochloride,showed thatdipyridamol had a much higher effect than methacyclini hydrochloride on lowering bady temperatures,alleviating symptoms and shortening the course of the disease.Thus,dipyridamolbas proved to be a faster cure with fewer side effects.It is also economical in use and worthfurther spreading.
