| Abstract: | Open access has received the domestic and international approbation because of its conveniently available acquirement of the academic information,the novel charging mode,the economical publishing cost,the author's ownership of the copyright,and the extensively spread of the products.In addition,it also has been paid more attention to in theory,technique,law,policy,ideology and so on.What is more,open access has been developing quickly,and its influence has been strengthened increasingly.At the same time,its scale is extending continuously. |
