| 摘 要： | 对河南省学术类科技期刊第三次等级评定情况进行了分析，首先论述了湖南省学术类科技期刊具有基础好、编辑力量强、学术氛围浓、学会活动经常等优势；然后指出存在经济效益差、论文质量不高、执行国家标准不严等问题；最后对评估指评了简要的分析。

| Abstract: | It is analysed that grade for learned science and technology journals in Hunan Province third times. First, it is discussed that deep base, excellent editors, good learned environment, and institute activities for learned science and technology journals in Hunan Province. Second, it is indicated that low results of economics, poor quality of papers, nonrigorous to carry out national standards. Last, it is discussed briefly the grade standards.. |
