| 摘 要： | 城市排水管网是城市基础设计的重要组成部分,在市政建设中有十分重要的地位。近年来唐山市排水系统的建设取得了很大的成绩,但也存在着诸如建设资金短缺、重视污水处理系统建设轻视菅网建设、重视新管网建设轻视老管网改造等问题。就唐山市排水管网的建设与改造提出了建议和看法。

| Abstract: | The drainage network is an important component of basic facilities of a city.It plays a very important role in municipal construction.In recent years,great progress has been obtained in drainage network construction in Tangshan.Some problems exited also,such as construction capital shortage,investing more money on construction of wastewater treatment plants and new drainage network.The author puts forward some personal view in drainage net- work construction and reconstruction. |
