摘    要:以电动自行车控制器为研究目标,采用Mierochip技术公司生产的PIC16F72单片机作为主控芯片,以额定电压为36V的永磁无位置传感器直流无刷电机为控制对象,实验解决了无位置传感器直流无刷电机的电流换向、过流保护以及实验样车的起动、调速和速度显示等问题。

Abstract:The object of this paper is the controller of electric bicycle. The core chip of the controller is SCM PIC16F27, which is manufactured by Microchip Company. The diver of this bicycle is a DC brushless machine without position sensor, which nominal voltage is 36V. Some problems of this hrushless machine, such as current reversal, over current protection, startup and speed regulation of this model bicycle are solved via experiments.
