| 摘 要： | 本文以某酸洗线项目为背景,研究了卷取张力控制的原理,提出了卷取机卷筒实时卷径计算方法,给出S7-300PLC和Ansaldo SPDM全数字直流调速装置在实现卷取张力控制中的作用。实践结果表明:系统运行稳定,建张速度快,张力波动小,精度高。

| Abstract: | Under the background of a pickling line project,the theory of coiling tension control was studied,the real-time coiling diameter's arithmetic of reeling machine was proposed,and S7-300PLC and Ansaldo SPDM Digital Direct Current Governor were used to control the coiling tension.The practice result indicated that the system ran stable,the tension building was fast and tension fluctuation was small. |
