| Abstract: | This paper analyzes some problems existing in the construction of rural library consortia, and studies the construction paths of rural library consortia, which include establishing the resources allocation and coordination center,formulating regulations for the construction of library consortia, doing a good job of the site selection of rural community library, fully realizing the cooperation between library and school,and fully relying on volunteers＇ strength, etc. |
