| Abstract: | Based on the investigation on the situation of implementing the urban sci-tech specials system in Yangcheng County, Shanxi Province, this paper sums up the successful experiences in the construction of the urban sci-tech specials system, and in the light of the problems existing in the current work, puts forward some work points in the future. |
