| 摘 要： | 目前公共图书馆那种固定不变的常规型管理显然已经不能适应数字化时代的发展需要,只有实行创新管理,才能使公共图书馆始终处于良性的和可持续发展状态。公共图书馆创新管理应包括:创新管理理念、创新管理结构、创新管理机制和创新管理方法。

| Abstract: | At present,the changeless conversional management of the public library hasn't been able to fit in with the needs of the development of the digital age.Only carrying out the innovative management can make the public library be always in the benign and sustainable developing status.The innovative management of the public library should include the concept of the innovative management,the structure of the innovative management,the mechanism of the innovative management,and the method of the innovative management,etc. |
