| Abstract: | Summary 2-Chloroethanol, 2-bromoethanol and 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol at a concentration of 0.79 vol.% stimulated state 4 respiration and released oligomycin inhibition of state 3 respiration. 2-Fluoroethanol and 1-propanol at the same concentration did not affect the respiration. |
