| 摘 要： | 频率响应是放大电路的重要指标,是选择电路组态的一个重要依据文中对共射—共基放大电路的低频响应和高频响应进行了详细的分析和PSPICE仿真,给出了电路上限频率和下限频率与电路各电容的关系,并归纳了电路的特点.

| Abstract: | Frequency response is an importance index of amplifier circuit and gist of selecting amplifier configuration.In this paper,the CE-CB amplifier is an- alyzed and simulated by PSPICE with low and high frequency response in detail, the relation of the high 3-dB and low 3-dB frequency and their capacitance in the circuit is obtained respectively,and characteristic of this amplifier is also summed up. |
