| Abstract: | Volleyball raising is the key to volleyball teaching and well mastering the skill of ball raising can improve students' interest in learning volleyball.Through the contrast of experience result and statistical analysis of students' scores in test,the author believes that applying condition control method into volleyball raising can step up students' skill in mastering action and movements and improve teaching efficiency. |
