憎水憎油型支撑剂研究

摘    要:憎水憎油型支撑剂是一种新型的压裂用支撑剂,可通过在含氟聚合物溶液中以适当的工序处理陶粒、石英砂等压裂用支撑剂获得。从分子结构与附着功的角度分析了含氟聚合物溶液处理常规支撑剂使其表面改性的作用原理,介绍了该支撑剂的处理工艺,同时对憎水憎油型支撑剂的化学稳定性、憎水憎油性、导流能力及其对压裂液携砂性能的影响等方面进行了室内实验研究。结果表明,该支撑剂处理工艺简单、稳定性好,将其应用于压裂施工,明显降低了地层流体对水力裂缝堵塞的可能性,从而使裂缝长时间保持高导流能力,达到延长压裂有效期的目的。

Abstract:Hydrophobic-lipophobic proppant can be obtained by immersing all kinds of proppant among hydrophobic-lipophobic treatment fluid such as ceramsite and quartz sands.Mechanism of hydrophobic-lipophobic treatment fluid on molecular constitution is analyzed,and the agent treatment process and chemical stability,hydrophobicity,lipophobicity,proppant carrying capacity and flow conductivity of hydrophobic-lipophobic proppant are introduced.The result shows that hydrophobic- lipophobic proppant can diminish the possibility of block.Therefore,the fracture can maintain higher flow conductivity and prolong validity of fracturing at the same time.
