| Abstract: | The heat transfer in the heating chamber of the continuous Annealing and Processing Line (CAPL)is analysed and a simple method for calculating the radiation of radiant tubes is proposed. Based on the method the mathematical model of strip heating is established for the hesting chamber of CAPL in a plant. The results calculated are compared with those measured in the plant and show that the model is simple and practical. |
