摘    要:表面织构技术是通过在材料表面制备出具有一定排列规则的几何阵列的技术,通过表面织构技术改性的材料能够有效改善机械零件、微零件材料的摩擦学性能,现已越来越广泛地用于众多工程领域。近些年汽车发动机正向高功率、高速的方向发展,将表面织构技术应用于汽车发动机以改善曲轴轴承摩擦副的摩擦学性能,保证发动机在各种工况下也能够保持良好的性能起着重要作用。本文首先介绍了近年来表面织构技术在摩擦学领域的主要成果;之后从表面纹理形状、深度、面积占有率、排列方式等不同方面进行了分类综述;根据摩擦系数、磨损量体现材料表面织构改性后的减摩抗磨性能。为提升发动机的性能,使汽车发动机在恶劣条件下的使用寿命得到提高。最后对表面织构应用于汽车发动机曲轴的今后发展趋势进行了展望与预测。

Abstract:Surface weaving technology is a technology to prepare geometric arrays with certain arrangement rules on the surface of the material, through surface texture technology modified materials can effectively improve the tribological properties of mechanical parts, and micro-parts materials, which are now more and more widely used in many engineering fields. In recent years, automotive engines are developing in the direction of high power and high speed, and the application of surface texture technology to automotive engines to improve the tribological properties of crankshaft bearing friction subsets to ensure that the engine can maintain good performance under various operating conditions plays an important role. This paper firstly introduces the main achievements of surface texture technology in the field of tribology in recent years; after that, the different aspects such as surface texture shape, depth, area occupancy, and arrangement are classified and reviewed; the friction and wear reduction and anti-wear properties of the modified surface texture of materials are reflected according to the friction coefficient and wear amount. In order to enhance the performance of the engine, the service life of the automotive engine under severe conditions is improved. Finally, the future development trend of surface texture applied to automotive engine crankshaft is prospected and predicted.
