通用机床主传动系统的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:本文以基本传动机构来组成通用机床主传动系统,编制了人机对话型的通用机床主传动系统的CAD程序。程序可满足多种特殊要求;可由设计人员按照以轴距和为最小的目标,或以最大线速度和为最小的目标,或兼顾这两者的多目标,进行优化设计。本文以铣床为例进行了应用设计,运用多目标进行优化设计,其结果与现有X62W进行对比,轴距和缩小了9.03%,最大线速度和缩小了17.55%。

Abstract:Based on some basic transmission mechanism the main drive system of universal machine tools is constituted, also a computer aided design program of which with talking between man and computer is worked out. The program could satisfy manifold special requirement such as minimized axis distance of gears or maximized velocity sum for gears or considering with both aims simultaneously. As an example of the application, the optimized design of a milling machine is made. Contrast the computed results with milling machine type X62W, it is showed that the axis distance and the maximum velocity sum of gears are decreased 9.03% and 17.55% respectively. The design has therefore fulfiled the provided requirements.
