| 摘 要： | 结合我国新近颁布的《清洁发展机制项目运行管理暂行办法》的精神,介绍了国际上为了实现温室气体减排而制定的清洁发展机制(CDM)的实施和运行,特别介绍了我国CDM项目的管理实施机构、CDM项目的申报、审查和操作程序以及与国际组织的全面对接的实施操作过程·

| Abstract: | Based on Provisional Administration Method of working of CDM items, the operation of CDM items for reducing greenhouse effect gases is introduced. Especially introduces the management institutions, the declaration, examination and operation sequence in China, and the operation course of overall connection with international organizations. |
