基于虚拟仪器技术的微波晶体检波二极管的定标

摘    要:利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW编写的微波晶体检波二极管定标的程序不仅能实现微波晶体检波二极管的单段定标,而且还能实现分段定标,这极大地提高了利用微波晶体检波二极管进行微波参数测量的测量精度。

Abstract:The calibration method of microwave diode detector is presented.The program is written with the virtual instrument developing software—LabVIEW.It realizes the single section and subsection calibration.The subsection calibration improves measurement precision greatly when using microwave diode detector to measure microwave parameter.
