小麦(Triticum aestiviumL.)成熟胚与其他外植体再生能力的研究

摘    要:六个品种小麦成熟胚等外植体再生能力的研究表明,不同外植体的再生能力按根尖、幼叶、茎节、幼穗、成熟胚的顺序递增。成熟胚再生能力强,愈伤组织诱导率达90%以上,出苗率可达44%,并且具有材料来源广泛、操作方便、不受季节和发育时期限制等优点,因此是小麦体细胞组织培养的适宜外植休来源。本文对不同外植体再生能力差异产生的原因也进行了分析和讨论。组织学观察表明,本实验所获得的再生植株属于器官发生的类型

Abstract:The study on the cultures of various explants,including mature embryos, derived from 6 cultivars of wheat indicated that the explant with the highest regenerative capacity was mature embryo,following by young spike, stem node,young leaf and seedling root tip.The mature embryos were found to be the suitable explants in tissue cultures of wheat,since their regenera- tive potential was higher than that of others,the rate of callus induction was above 900%,the frequency of plant regeneration from the callus reach- ed 44%.Besides,use of mature embryos has other advatages such as easy supply of explant material,simple operation in viort ect..Meanwhile,the reasons for variations in regenerative potential of different explants were analysed and discussed. The histological examination proved that all the regenerative plautlets obtained were produced through an organogenesic pathway.
