摘    要:把小波变换技术和移动窗口积分技术应用于心电信号(ECG)的QRS波的起、终点检测.首先利用QRS波的频率特性对ECG进行小波分析,再利用QRS波的幅度特性对ECG运用平方函数和移动窗口积分函数的计算公式,得到积分图形,最后在该图形上求得QRS波的起点和终点.在检测中运用了增强算法的抗干扰能力的策略以提高QRS波起、终点的检测精度.该方法充分利用了QRS波的频率特性和幅度特性,比传统的只利用频率特性的检测方法精度要高.通过随机抽取的320个心电图病例的检测验证,也表明了其效果较好.

Abstract:Wavelet transform and moving window integration were used to detect the onset and offset of QRS wave of ECG. First, ECG is analyzed by wavelet. Second, the ECG is calculated by square function and moving integration function to get integration waveform. Finally, the onset and offset of QRS wave are located on the integration waveform. Also, some other techniques are used to improve the ability of this method to resist noise disturbance. The method uses both frequency property and amplitude property of QRS wave and gets better detection results than the traditional method, which uses frequency property of QRS wave only.About three hundred cases were used to evaluate our detection method and the satisfactory results were got.
