一水甲酸锂钠晶体的培养和pH值对晶体生长的影响

摘    要:本文介绍一水甲酸锂钠单晶体的生长条件.测定了甲酸锂、甲酸钠、水三组分相图.确定了甲酸锂与甲酸钠克分子比等于1:1的水溶液为适宜的培养液组成配比.还测定了一水甲酸锂钠在水中的溶解度曲线.实验表明,pH值对一水甲酸锂钠晶形的影响是明显的.pH>7时,能使溶液稳定,容易获得优质的单晶体.

Abstract:Researches on the growth of lithium-sodium formate monohydrate crystal are reported. HCO2Li-HCO2Na-H2O ternary diagrams and solubility curre of lithium-sodium formate monohydrate in the water have been determined. the most suitable concentration of solution for the growth of LSFM crystal is the HCO2Li:HCO2Na=1:1. The experimental results indicates that the effect of solution pH on the crystal shape is evident. It is eaier to obtain large single crystal with high quality when solution pH value is greater than seven.
