内隐知识的编码

知识的编码是一个渐进的过程，内隐知识和编码知识只是知识在不同编码程度时的表述，其中内隐知识高度依赖行为主体，而编码知识具有可共享性，能够脱离其生产者而存在和传播。内隐知识是伴随性的，它依赖于背景知识和知识生产者的洞察力、直觉、思维模式、信仰、经验等因素。内隐知识主要有四种编码方式：数字化、程序化、定义分类和隐性传播。

The Codify of Tacit Knowledge

The codity of knowledge is gradual process. Tacit knowledge and codified knowledge are different expression of different codified degree of knowledge. Tacit knowledge highly depends on main behavioral body, while codified knowledge can be shared and transfered without the main body. Tacit knowledge is concomitant, which depends on not only background knowledge, but also intuitivism, intuition, thought pattern, belief and experience of the knowledge producer. Tacit knowledge can be codified by four methods: digital, programme ,definition and tacit spread.
