混合电动车用MH/Ni电池组热效应仿真及应用研究

摘    要:对MH/Ni电池组(结构A)的充电热效应进行了分析,采用FLUENT软件模拟的方法,研究了两种新型MH/Ni电池组结构(结构B和C)热管理的通风冷却效果.根据计算,分析了流动回流因素对温度场的影响,并提出了结构改进建议.热管理系统C型在电池组充放电试验中的结果表明:8 A充电时电池组内温度升高小于5℃,温度差异小于4℃,系统冷却效果良好.

Abstract:The heat effect of MH/Ni battery pack(type A) in charging was analyzed.In order to study the cooling effect of ventilated flow of the two new structures(type B and C) of MH/Ni battery pack,FLUENT software simulation method was adopted.Based on the calculation results,the factors of circumfluence influences on temperature field were analyzed,and the advice on improving structure was also given.The results of charge/discharge test of type C thermal management system showed that the temperature raise was lower than 5℃ and the temperature difference in the battery pack was lower than 4℃ when the battery pack was 8A charged,cooling effect was good.
