摘    要:介绍了新型颗粒层除尘器的原理、结构及特点.根据质量守恒定律,得到了灰尘沉积密度的分布规律,导出了除尘效率公式.在常温下,对过滤特性进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行分析.实验证明,随着清灰周期的增大,颗粒层除尘效率提高,同时压力损失和压力波动幅度也随之增大.实验结果与理论分析能较好吻合.

Abstract:The working principle,structure and characteristics of a new particle layer duster were presented.According to the mass conservation law,variation of dust deposit density and dust removal efficiency were deduced.Based on the experiments at normal temperature,the filter property was researched.Results indicated that the increasing of dust removal periodic time lead to higher dust removal efficiency,larger pressure drop and bigger pressure fluctuation.The experimental results were in good agreement with calcu...
