摘    要:论述了用VB编制的单体液压支柱的密封质量检测及数据管理,实现了在线设置液压支柱的各种工作方式,可以根据煤矿需要设置支架数量和缸径;能够实现自动和手动检测,并自动保存各种参数设置,能对所有的试验数据进行数据管理和维护。实际试验表明,该软件提高了单体液压支柱密封质量检测的工作效率和自动化水平,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:A software was developed with VB 6.0 to detect the airtight quality and manage data for hydraulic support test-bed,implemented setting work modes of hydraulic support test bed at will;The support number and cylinder diameter is set according to the demand of coal mine;realized two detecting ways(automatic and manual),all parameter settings are automatically saved,and the tested-data are managed and maintained.The experiment shows that the work efficiency and automation level have been enhanced greatly.So the intelligent system has good prospects for application.
