架空索道缆索的挠度研究

摘    要:本文从架空索道缆索及车厢振动系统的动力学分析的角度出发研究了架空索道缆索的挠度。它为挠度计算提供了新的更精确的算法,同时编制了可直接使用的计算机程序,提出了新的静态挠度公式及张力计算公式,列出了缆索及车厢的动力学方程并用数值方法求解,同时用单线循环式架空索道做了实验。在给定的条件下,实验结果与计算结果吻合较好,缆索最大挠度完全可以用数值计算结果代替实际值。

Abstract:A dynamic analysis is made to study the sag of a trolley rope from the point of view of a vibration system due to emergent braking, including both the trolley rope and trolley. A new accurate computation of sag is thus offered, as well as the computer program that can be directly used. Equations of static sag and tensional calculation are given, and the dynamic equations of both rope and trolley are formulated with their numerical solution. Experiments have beena done on monoropeway by which the trolley is running up to and fro. The experimental results are in good agreement with computation, so it is confident that for the maximum sag of rope the measuring value can be replaced by the computation result.
