| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors discuss implication and characteristics of the moral educational consciousness of personnel in colleges and universities,pointing out that the moral education of personnel in institutes plays an important role in the systematic project of the moral education inside institutes.They also suggest a few major approaches that can be utilized to establish and enhance the moral educational consciousness of personnel in colleges and universities. |
