| 摘 要： | 培养高素质人才，需要学生工作以人为中心，发展学生与发展学生工作队伍两不失。文章从行为科学理论的内涵出发，阐述了发展型学务模式与行为科学的诸多契合，从理论性、创新性、针对性、发展性、主体性等方面提出了适用行为科学推动发展型学务模式服务人才全面发展的思路策略。

| Abstract: | In order to foster the high-quality talents, it is necessary for Student＇s Department to work around, keeping the balance of the development between the students and the working team. This thesis, with the beginning of behavior science theory, sets the clear picture of the key points in the model of behavior science theory and development-based learning. It also lists much compatibility in the model, and puts forward the strategies, suitable to the model and to serve the overall development of competent people from the aspects of theory, innovation, pertinency, development as well as subjectivity. |
