《中西闻见录》中的数学研究

探讨北京第一份近代期刊《中西闻见录》中的数学知识,对其内容进行研究。原始期刊文献整理与分析、分类法。期刊中对代数学,特别是勾股术和天元术的研究;数论特别是整数表示和整数的素数判定的研究;几何学特别是圆问题以及正余弦的求法的研究以及数学问题的问与答形式的数学交流的研究。《中西闻见录》既介绍了中国古典数学和中国学者的最新学术成就,也介绍了西方数学史,对推动当时数学的研究与发展做出了贡献。

The Mathematics Research in the Peking Magazine

The mathematics knowledge in The Peking Magazine was studied and analyzed.The Peking Magazine was the first journals of science and technology in modern history in Beijing.Textual research,classification and analysis on original journals and literatures were carried out,which had studied the algebra especially in the Pythagorean operation and Tianyuan shu,number theory especially in the integer representation and research on the determination of prime number,geometry especially in the Circle as well as methods of the solving sine and cosine and Mathematical problems in Questing and answering form of mathematical communication.＂The Peking magazine＂ already introduced Chinese classical mathematics and the latest Chinese academic achievements;it also introduces the history of western mathematics.It has made tremendous contributions to promote the research and development of the modern mathematics.
