| 摘 要： | 提出了将基于Contourlet变换结合循环平移的去噪算法应用到红外视频监控图像中。对于加性高斯噪声背景下的红外视频图像,实验结果表明,本算法较基于传统小波变换,小波变换结合循环平移以及单一使用Contourlet变换的算法,可以更有效地提升图像去噪后的视觉效果,同时明显提高了图像的峰值信噪比(PSNR).

| Abstract: | An algorithm for de-noising of infrared image of video surveillance based on combination of contourlet transform and cycle spinning is proposed.The results of experiment show that the proposed method for infrared images under additive gaussian noise is better than wavelet transform,contourlet transform,combination of wavelet transform and cycle spinning respectively in terms of the visual effects.Besides,PSNR values of proposed method are appreciably improved. |
