| 摘 要： | 研究蛹草拟青霉(Paecilomyces militaris)液体发酵液有机代谢产物的合成特点和固体栽培基质有机代谢产物对蛹草拟青霉菌丝营养生长的影响.结果表明蛹草拟青霉液体发酵液有机代谢产物总量与其菌丝体生物量呈显著负相关.将蛹草拟青霉固体栽培采收后,其培养基质的乙酸乙酯萃取物对其菌丝生长有显著的抑制作用,并能促进菌丝体转色,使其由营养生长阶段向生殖生长阶段的转变时间显著缩短.

| Abstract: | Biosynthesis characteristic of organic crude from Paecilomyces militaris and physiological function was explored.There was significant negative correlation between the yield of organic crude and its biomass of mycelia from Paecilomyces militaris by liquid fermentation.The ethylacetate extract which was prepared from the residual media in the solid culture of Paecilomyces militaris could inhibit the mycelia growth and promote its color changing.The finding implied the coverted time of the stage from the vegetative growth to the reproductive growth should be significantly shorten. |
