| 摘 要： | 在电磁学教材中,库仓电场E_库不存在推迟效应,感生电场E_库存在推迟效应而使得总电场E=E_库E_库存在推迟效应是作为结论写出的,并未加以证明。本文从电磁场的基本理论出发,证明了以上结论。
