摘    要:目的:为了及时动态掌握烧伤病人感染菌生态学及药敏情况。方法:收集我科1994年~1997年烧伤创面分泌物,各种导管插管,血液标本226份进行细菌学调查。结果:细菌培养阳性138份(58.8%),其中创面分泌物送检160份,阳性120份(75%),导管插管标本40份,阳性10份(25%),血液标本26份,阳性8份(30.8%);共检出细菌14种153株,耐甲氧西林金葡菌高居第一位,占23.5%,绿脓杆菌次之,占17.6%。药敏结果提示:耐甲氧西林金葡菌对去甲万古霉素最敏感(100%),其次为环丙沙星(87.7%),其它均耐药;革兰氏阴性杆菌对舒普深、复达欣耐药率最低。结论:耐甲氧西林金葡菌已取代绿脓杆菌上升为第一位优势菌,且只对去甲万古霉素,环丙沙星敏感。

Abstract:Objective: To know timely and dynamically the ecology and drug sensitivity of the bacteria-infected patient with burn. Methods: 226 samples of the secretions from burnt surface, different cannula and catheters and blood from 1994 to 1997 in our department were studied on bacteriology. Result: 138 samples (58.8%) were bacteria-positive in culture, of whick. 120 positive in 160 secreuons from burnt surface (75%); 10 positive in 40 cannula and catheters (25%)and 8 positive in 26 blood samples (30.8%) 14 species and 153 strains of bacteria were detected, with the first place of methicillinresistant Staphylococcus au reus. 23.5% and then Bacillus Pyocyaneus, 17.6%. Drug sensitivity tests showed that methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus arueus was mosy sensitive to demethovancomycin(100% ). and then Ciprofloxaom(87.7%). They were resistant to all other drugs. The resistant rate of gramnegative bacilli for Sulperazen and Ceftazidinum was the lowest. Conclusion: Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus has become the first dominant bacteria in the place of Bacillus Pycyaneus and it is only sensitive to demethylvancomycin and Ciprofloxaom
