| 摘 要： | 随着经济的不断发展，新余的商业已基本形成了以中心商业区、社区商业中心、专业特色街和综合商业街为主的布局结构与框架。当前新余市商业布局中存在的主要问题是：发展有些无序、整体商业面积过多、商业档次不高、无特色等。提出了调整新余市商业布局结构的若干思路和具体策略。

| Abstract: | With the constant development of economy, the layout structure and flame of commerce in Xinyu has been formed with center business area, community business center, street with special feature and comprehensive business street as the main body. But there ex- ist some problems in the layout of commerce, that is, disorderly development, overlarge area of commerce, low - rank commerce and no feature, etc. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for adjusting the layout structure of commerce in Xinyu. |
