| 摘 要： | 采用密度泛函方法研究了.OH自由基与腺嘌呤的5个加合反应.计算表明,在.OH自由基与腺嘌呤的反应中,.OH自由基攻击腺嘌呤C4、C5和C8位置的反应几率大于别的反应.

| Abstract: | The adduction reactions of OH radical with cytosine have been studied by using density functional theory(DFT).The results indicate that in all reactions,the OH radical additions to the C4,C5 and C8 sites are thermodynamically and kinetically more favorable than the others. |
