大学英语四六级考试改革对大学生的英语听力水平提出了更高的要求，测试比重大大增加，因此如何提高英语听力理解的能力成了当前大学生亟需解决的问题。本文着重分析了困绕大学生英语听力能力提高的障碍，并提出有助于提高英语听力理解能力的策略和技巧。

On How to Improve College Students' English Listening Competence

The newly-reformed CET-4/6 requests higher listening competence for college students and enhences listening testing ratio. Thus how to improve college students＇ listening ability becomes urgent. This thesis analyzed the barriers of improving their listening ability and most importantly provieded some practical techniques to help boosting their listening competence.
