| Abstract: | From aspects of project scheduling,input of leading funds,project investment,use of Project funds, project participants and their training, project progress,project achievements and project economic efficiency, this paper introduces in detail the overall implementation of the projects of Shanxi＇s Sci-tech Innovation Plan in 2011 and 2012, and sums up some effective measures adopted in the implementation of the sci-tech innovation plan. |
