The subject matter expert is an effective mode of the knowledge-based development of library＇ s reference service, the demands of its service groups are more profound and specific. In order to ensure the smooth development of the subject matter experts＇ services, the library must design the environment and process of its knowledge service. The construction of more convenient and smooth service mode of subject matter experts can promote the further development of hbrary＇ s reference service.
