| Abstract: | A new index for evaluating the journal, Hs-Index, has formed based on the statistical result of the sum of h- indexes of the papers in each year in journal＇ s half life period. This paper expounds the origins of Hs-index, explains the principles of Hs-index, analyzes the verification process of Hs-index, and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of Hs--index. |
