山西人才资源开发的现状及对策建议

摘    要:长期以来,由于区位优势吸引力不够、资源型经济对人才的挤出效应、人力资本投入不足、人才管理体制不完善等因素的影响,山西人才资源难以满足经济社会发展的需要,难以适应产业升级和转型发展的要求.阐述了山西省人才资源现状,分析了山西人才资源开发存在的突出问题,提出了提高山西人才资源素质的对策.

Abstract:for a long time, because of the influence of some factors such as the insufficient attractiveness of regional advantage, the crowding out effect of resource-based economy on talents, the lack of human capital investment, and the imperfect talent management system, etc., Shanxi's human resource is difficult to meet the needs of economic and social development, and is difficult to adapt to the demands of the development of industrial upgrading and transformation. This paper expounds the status quo of Shanxi' s human resource, analyzes some prominent problems existing in the development of Shanxi' s human resource, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the quality of Shanxi' s human resource.
