| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the connotations of the mechanism and the service mechanisms of sci-tech archives in colleges and universities, and points out that the development of the service mechanism and the service mechanisms of sci-tech archives in colleges and universities went through five historical stages (natural germination stage, preliminary success stage, stalemate stage, rehabilitation stage, and innovation stage), and makes discussions on the five historical stages respectively. |
