| 摘 要： | 为了解决进口设备的配件问题,设计了一套FDY纺丝机卷绕控制系统.该系统由变频器、PLC、显示屏组成,解决了卷绕过程中的恒定线速度及恒定张力控制、锭子自动切换可靠性等关键问题,可用于日本东丽FDY纺丝机的改造.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem about the fittings of import equipment, a set of winding control system has been designed. This system is made up an inverter, PLC and a display screen. By its application to the winding process, it solved many problems such as the invariable tensility control, and the reliably spindles automatic switching. Moreover, it may be used into the improvement of Japanese FDY spinning machine. |
