摘 要: | 由于刀具涂层技术可大幅度地提高切削刀具的综合性能,在理论上能有效地改善刀具的高温性能,使涂层刀具应用于高速、干式切削加工成为可能。本文介绍了化学气相沉积,物理气相沉积等表面涂层技术在切削刀具中的应用现状与发展趋势。

Abstract: | As the cutter coating technology can significantly enhance the overall performance of the cutter.Theoretically,the tool can be improved on high temperature performance effectively,it makes the coated cutting tools used in high-speed,dry machining is possible.This paper introduces the chemical vapor deposition,Physical vapor deposition coating technology in the cutting tools of the status and development trend. |
