| 摘 要： | 英汉习语都包含着丰富的文化信息,在习语翻译过程做到归化与异化的辩证统一,即有利于源语文化向目的语文化渗透,又有利于译文符合译语的语言习惯。归化与异化的程度和范围应受人类认知能力的影响。本文基于认知语言学的理论,从认知范畴化理论视角探讨习语翻译的归化与异化的关系,认为英汉习语的翻译不仅仅是语言符号的转换,更主要的是认知范畴的移植。

| Abstract: | Both English and Chinese idioms feature with national characteristics and specific linguistics.The dialectical application of the domestication and foreignization strategies is not good for the pervasion of the source language culture to the target language,but for the translating works acceptability.Cognitive ability influences the usage of domestication and foreignization.The two methods in idioms translation should depend on the transfer of the cognitive categorization and the code switch between different languages as well. |
