摘    要:介绍了表面增强拉曼光谱分析试验中银镜制备的一种新方法.本法制镜无需加热,在室温下即可进行,还原液与银氨溶液的用量比适应范围比较宽,吸附效果好且对分析结果无干扰.

Abstract:A simple new method of preparing silver mirror in surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectroscopy analytical experiment is introduced. In this method, the mirror can be successfully got at room temperature condition without being heated. The rate of the reducing agent and silver ammonia liquid can be at wide range. The adsorption is excellent without interference in the analysis result.
