稀土金属离子与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的研究

摘    要:分析了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)对稀土铽离子的荧光敏化增强效应.首次用敏化荧光法确定了铽离子与BSA的结合位点类型和结合位点数,表明铽离子与BSA至少有2类结合方式,第1类结合位点数为2;以铽离子为探针,测定了其他稀土离子对Tb2BSA体系敏化荧光的猝灭,发现稀土离子与BSA的结合呈现“四分组效应”,钇离子的位置向轻稀土方向移动.

Abstract:The sensitized fluorescence of trivalent terbium ion (Tb3+ ) enhanced by bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied. The conclusions on the binding sites category and the binding number between Tb3+ and BSA were drawn by using sensitized fluorescence spectroscopy for the first time, the results show that there are at lest two types of binding sites in the interaction of Tb3+ with BSA, and the first binding number is 2. The quenching effect on Tb2BSA sensitized fluorescence by the titration with other rare earth ions was also studied,from which a "tetrad effect" in the coordination between rare earth ions and BSA,and the movement forward of yttriun position were found.
