自生酸前置压裂液在碳酸盐岩储层中的室内实验评价

摘    要:碳酸盐岩储层在酸化压裂过程中存在酸岩反应速率过快,裂缝远端酸蚀导流能力低等问题。针对此类问题,根据自生酸的特性设计一系列室内评价实验,对自生酸前置压裂液的性能进行评价。结果表明:自生酸前置压裂液体系在碳酸盐岩储层中具有独特的优势,能够在裂缝深处进行酸蚀,对深层储层具有良好的改造效果,提高裂缝远端的酸蚀导流能力。并且自生酸压裂液对储层的伤害率为21.79%,能够进行低伤害酸化改造。

Abstract:In the process of acidizing fracturing of carbonate reservoir, there are some problems such as too fast reaction rate of acid rock and low ability of acid corrosion and flow diversion at the far end of fracture. In order to solve this problem, a series of laboratory evaluation experiments were designed according to the characteristics of authigenic acid, and the performance of authigenic acid fracturing fluid was evaluated in detail. Experimental results show that the authigenic acid fracturing fluid system has unique advantages in the carbonate reservoir, can carry on the acid corrosion in the depth of the crack, the deep reservoir has a good effect, improve the etched on the far side of fracture diverting capacity, and authigenic acid fracturing fluid damage to reservoir is relatively low, acidification transformation ability of low damage.
